Allsec Smartpay Mobile Services is a comprehensive application and an extension of the Smartpay Employee Self Service (ESS) portal, designed to provide employees with convenient access to their payroll information while on the go. Please note that the features and functionality of ESS are somewhat limited in this mobile version. Access to this service is dependent on the HRO solution offered by your employer as part of our services.

The functionality of the mobile app may vary depending on the modules configured by your employer, as well as your role or access level within the organization.

Safety Measures:

• Access is restricted using unique ID and credentials
• Data is encrypted to ensure integrity and protect against potential risks
• Personal or sensitive information is not stored or cached on the device
• User sessions automatically time out after a period of inactivity, requiring re-login for security purposes

Pre-requisites:

• You must have a predefined unique user ID for the ESS portal
